I get small silicone squeeze bottles from Amazon, the size for flying. I fill those up and leave in the shower, with the full size bottles under the sink. Now, I do that because I drop things in the shower and prefer to have a soft, light bottle fit my toe over a hard heavy bottle, but it works for both.

Heat, humidity, water and constant cooling afterwards can change up formulations or mold like this unfortunately. 🥲 I keep my products in travel size bottles nowadays and use those in the shower instead with my full size tucked away in my cabinet. If there is a full size product I use in the shower it’s body wash and I will go so far as taking it out of the shower afterwards and putting it away. I live with other people so this also ensures it’s not constantly being heated and cooled throughout the day when everyone showers. It’ll only be affected by my showers 🤷🏽‍♀️

Move your shower shelf to the side without the shoes head or you will have mold in everything.... products are meant to stay dry

i only use squeeze bottles after i heard of this happening, if you like the face wash just put it in another bottle when you buy it or buy it in the smaller version which is usually a squeeze bottle
