they wouldn't be saying the things they say if it was them getting their engine replaced. that or a shop owner who's jealous you can charge 480 & they can't. I used to do brakes for people for 20 dollars. replacing rotors was 2 more bolts so I wouldn't charge extra to do them if needed. so many people hated on me. no one should pay 600 dollars for brake pads

Your a good man. I have a mobile mechanic that helps me alot. im on ssi and he put in a new AC compressor for $100 and a new radiator for $125 and back brakes and rotors for $50. if it havnt been for him, I wouldn't have a vehicle. next hes gonna put in a rack and pinion bc I go thru a shit ton of power steering fluid.
