It’s frustrating to support a brand by buying a product, only to have to repurchase an improved version because the original didn’t perform as it should. Customers shouldn’t have to keep spending money just to get the quality they expected in the first place.

bought those, bought the concealer, bought two color correctors, bought the setting spray. all defective and money has already been spent. like we love your brand but you fix problems when people already spent money on the problems, with no resolution given to the individual consumer. it's exhausting at this point
