Spray with some avocado oil, then add the beef mince. Press it flat into the pan, season with salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes until starting to brown.   Break up the mince with a spatula, then stir in the Heinz Chilli Black Beanz. Mix well and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.   While that is simmering, finely slice the red onion. Add the red onion to a small bowl with the juice of half a lime and a pinch of salt to quickly pickle. Toast your sourdough   Plate the toast, spoon over the chilli, and grate the cheddar on top while it's still hot enough to melt.
