I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea, years ago. I struggled using the machine stopped using it , found it very uncomfortable and it kept me awake. I have been told I stop breathing in my sleep. I am 59 now, time to stop ignoring the risks of having Sleep Apnoea.
