they don't even realise they need to use salon gown. its more like humilating rather than teaching decipline. what ever you do. do with all.the principles and decipline. Beause you are the role model to shape children's future. unfortunately they don't even understand the minor rules they had to follow while cutting hair. this is so saddening. i would have taken action secs after i get to know anything hpnd to my child like this.

I know people will criticize this and I have been though this . All I can say is there must be discipline. It will make you man/woman with personality. If it’s become habit then obviously when you reach to the age when you will maintain yourself very well. Why they have to ask us to be look neatly and clean? They gain nothing but you. Rather than complain about it, how about grooming ourselves. Guys remember it is for you and only you.

If cutting hair were the measure of discipline, then Albert Einstein would never have become one of the fathers of modern physics by developing the theory of relativity. Isaac Newton would never have formulated the law of universal gravitation. Karl Marx would never have developed his theories on capitalism and socialism. Galileo Galilei would never have revolutionized astronomy by improving the telescope. Aristotle would never have made his important observations about lunar and solar eclipses. Discipline comes from knowledge, dedication, responsibility, and hard work—not from the length of someone's hair. Forcing students to cut their hair is disrespectful and does not improve their character or education. If the government has directed schools and colleges not to impose compulsory haircuts, educational institutions should respect that guidance and focus on teaching, not humiliating students. Students deserve dignity, respect, and a safe learning environment.
