Thinking loud..Afather of 5kids for example happens to secure one affordable house that should be paid every month for over 20yrs ,when the kids are over age 18 will they secure their own affordable houses or go back to the slums where life is appropriate for abigginer and if i die who gonna inherite my so called affordable houses or the kids will be forced to sale/ rent the house for peace to rain.Abig NO to SHA and affordable houses. *wantam pro*
