TikTok “intellectuals” bullying non-native English speakers under the guise of “rejecting the matrix” is just harassment dressed up as free thinking.

Homosexuality does not necessarily prevent the transmission of one's genes, because natural selection does not operate solely through having biological children. It can also act through inclusive fitness: helping siblings, nieces, nephews, or other relatives, who share part of your genome, can also promote the spread of your genes. This is the same principle that helps explain why postmenopausal women can still have evolutionary significance by supporting their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
It is also a mistake to assume that any rare trait is somehow "against evolution." Every trait that is common today was once rare.
Furthermore, not every trait found in a population is a direct adaptation. Some traits persist through genetic drift, as by-products of other characteristics, or simply because they do not reduce reproductive success enough to be eliminated by natural selection.
Discriminating against someone because they possess a rare trait confuses frequency with biological value. Evolution does not establish a moral hierarchy among the variants within a species; it simply describes how traits change in frequency over time.

I'm going to play devil's advocate here since I'm on the bottom guy's side, but:
1. not all acts of love have to serve evolutionary biology (E.g. take a heterosexual couple showing affection to each other in the form of hugging)
2. As another commenter pointed out, the gay uncle theory (Where negatively contributing to evolution counts as contribution, via taking care of nephews) actually proves that being gay does serve evolutionary biology

natural selection doesn’t require every individual trait to directly increase reproduction bro, it acts on genes across populations, not on a simple ‘everyone must reproduce’ rule… so saying being gay either ‘supports’ or ‘doesn’t support’ evolution oversimplifies how evolution works

the guy obv doesnt speak english natively 😭😭 irregardless tons of things dont serve evolution. the ability to get sick, cancer, the ability to be celibate, menopause, the ability to innovate etc. to suggest we ought to only reproduce is absurd and makes literally no sense. you wouldnt tell a woman whose infertile shes "glitched"

being gay≠not serving evolution. you can be homosexual and do researches about the scientific field that can improve the life condition of humans and, in general, animals making you actually capable of serving evolution. what kinda argument is that bro
