It’s boring? She quite simply state that Lindsay’s dna was not found on the gym equipment. Which is odd if she was the ont to have strangled the children with them… it was mainly Patrick’s DNA, which we all know he’s the one that removed them but that doesn’t explain how Lindsay’s dna wasn’t found on them at all for the fact being she’s the one that is supposedly the one that murdered the children with them.

The prosecution is just continuing to confuse the jury because they can’t prove she wasn’t insane at the moment. So they’re going to try and keep throwing these pointless witnesses up to use language no one understands. I’m still waiting to hear a damn motive from the prosecution as to why she did this.

DNA being on an item in a house you live in doesn’t prove anything (even though Lindsey admits it was her). I’m sure if someone came into my apartment and searched for DNA almost everything might have my DNA because I live here and I use my things potentially leaving DNA. I agree this seems unnecessary when the question at hand is mental state at the time of the crime.

This doesn’t make ANY sense. It makes sense if both of their DNA were on the bands. Lindsey killed them with it and Patrick removed it from their necks. If Patrick’s DNA was on it from working out or touching the bands, they should’ve found Lindsey’s too.
