I just got diagnosed with Hashimoto and ehlos danlos and I’m the same way! I can tell by the way you stand and your knees hyper extend that you probably have EDS also. Might be worth getting your TPO and that checked for hasimotos, it attacks and kills your thyroid and your thyroid is what regulates temperature so that’s why I stay cold or can’t handle the heat.
