If I have a child, I would encourage them to share their struggles with me. I really wish I had that when I was younger. I would reassure them that it's perfectly okay to open up—it's not a sign of weakness at all!

This is also for older siblings too. Always tell your younger sibs to remember these things. Younger siblings tend to see you as more reliable than parents (like a role model). You can never trust anything nowadays 😭
