wrong. type the item in and once you finished stowing go into the pickup app type the name order in and cancel it on that app instead

Do not do this, it will get you remove from Fulfillment. Guest will report they did not get the right item and your statistic will get impacted. Either ETL will have a convo with you or they will silently dock your hours.
