People say that she didn’t have to go this far, but I disagree. She had every right to get mad at them and yell at them like this- not to mention they lit fireworks in the wonderbolt show…which could hurt many ponies, she deserves to set boundaries. No matter what yall think of RD, her parents were so overbearing and istg I hate them

They literally couldn’t leave her alone and kept guilttripping her once she told them she wanted her own personal space for once. Reminder she gave them MULTIPLE chances, this is the ONLY time she actually stood up for herself against them btw.

I find it very valid but it’s so weird that when other congratulate her she’s so happy and she loves it but only when her parents be supportive suddenly it’s just “too much” she literally had a whole fun club about HER but that’s just my opinion

If you think about the Mare Do Well episode for a brief period, Rainbow wasn’t viewed as the best and it made her insecure. The way her parents raised her will have been a big reason for that, if you constantly tell someone they’re the best at everything they’re going to believe it.

Her parents are adults. They should know their fireworks were dangerous, entering the Locker room without RD knowing is invasive, and how the cheerleading is distracting. Rainbow was 100% in the right to tell them to go away because both really need to learn some restraint. This and The Parent Map annoy me for the same reasons.
