yeah if the officer was convicted the conviction will be overturned on appeal because all the officer did was handcuff and out of control team that had a history of violence and even use of a weapon the day before🙄🙄🙄 and corporal punishment is legal in every state in this country and the police and CPS can't do a damn thing about it...
