It’s going vertical that helps because of the reflux. They have a lil valve that keeps the acid in but it’s not fully developed so stuff creeps up and irritates their throat while they lie down

Just curious, did mama use a yoga ball when pregnant? Only asking because bouncing like this and on a yoga ball was the number one way to soothe my daughter at this age, and you better believe I was using that yoga ball constantly in third trimester… always curious if the bouncing reminds her of that feeling 🥺
