Step one. Emotionally regulate. step two: get rid of that person and anyone associated with them. If you can’t get rid of them right away, start adding distance. Take longer to text back, make conversation shorter/dry, be boring/dull . Do it until you can safely get away sometimes it could take weeks/months or years. But as long as you’re getting away from them.

my husband stopped doing this because every time he would act a fool. I would just pack my bags and leave. Each time he did this. I would purposely stay away longer. The first time its a week. The second time, 2 weeks. 3rd time three weeks. The longest was maybe 4 months. and each time that i left. i blocked him everywhere and even when he called with other numbers. I would not pick up the phone. That man went crazy. Started looking like a junky. He cried his eyes out, could not sleep, nor could he eat. Other people started calling me, I still did not pick up the phone. After that he stopped acting like a fool. If he even suspects that I will pack a bag to leave him. He starts cleaning, cooking, and buying things that he knows that I like. and this was years ago that he stopped acting like a fool. Now i have women telling me and asking me where I have found such a loving and gentle husband. Girl!!!! Even my own mother told me that I am so lucky to have such a caring husband. I told her, the only reason he acts like this is because he knows that I'm not afraid to leave! If a man has the opportunity to pee and sh*t on a woman's head. Trust me, he'll do it!!!
