@chuythedramashihtzu: The bath hasn't even started yet. I got him into the bathroom. That was the hard part, I thought. Then he laid down on the tile and turned into dead weight. Not sitting. Not standing. Fully horizontal. Legs out. Boneless. He does this thing where he stops being a solid object and becomes something you have to scoop. And the whole time he's making this sound. This nonstop, high-pitched, world-is-ending whine that somehow carries over running water. He's not wet. Nothing has happened to him. The tub is still filling. But you'd think from the noise that something terrible was underway.
