‘Super’ :
The trick is the inner edge loop. If you're a 3d Modeler then you understand that anything that appears 3d on a screen is an illusion. The upper half of the edge loop appears like it's spinning to the left and focusing on the lower half of the loop appears like its spinning to the right. Once you realize this you can switch your perception on command.
