@f.erendinler: İşsizlik sorunu yaşayanlar burada mı? Mühendislik sektöründen umudumuzu kestik, yeni bir alana geçiş yapalım dedik ama burada da şartlar düşündüğümden çok daha zormuş. Giriş segmentinde yan haklar sıfır, yol ve yemek tamamen kişisel bütçeden karşılanıyor. Piyasa inanılmaz bir fiyat rekabeti içerisinde; marjlar o kadar düşmüş ki herkes sürümden kazanmaya çalışıyor. Tecrübeye, kıdeme veya kurumsal şıklığa en ufak bir saygı kalmamış. Yeni nesil ekiplerle iletişime geçtim, yaş kriterine takıldık. Alacak tahsilatı tarafında süreç yöneteyim dedim, piyasada nakit akışı dönmediği için Ortalama tahsilat süresi kilitlenmiş durumda. Kısacası bu sektörün operasyonel verimliliği son derece düşük. Günün sonunda elde var sıfır, üstüne bir de saha çalışmasında tatsız bir iş kazası yaşadık.
