I would melt butter first in the pan itself..add brown sugar and crushed pineapple then do everything else...sometimes I put pudding in the cake mix

It’s hard to mess up a cake box recipe, I would say it look a bit dry but you did alright but not perfection. You don’t need to use such a deep pan

es un volteado de piña y asi debe ser su consistencia, no es pastel.

Cada quien la hace como quiere! Yo suelo poner primero el caramelo, luego la fruta etc. Así al voltearlo queda brillante ,los jugos de la fruta se mezclan con el caramelo y se hace una salsa! Se desmolda casi en caliente o si se llega enfríar se da un golpe de calor a la base, baño María o directo al fuego y listo no olviden pasar el cuchillo por el borde!
