I always, always chat up security, anywhere I go. Even though I don't "look sick", bc I make them aware I don't "feel well", I may get escorted to the ladies room, get a better seat at a venue, or a wheelchair seat if available, elevator access etc.

I don't even leave the house without water, backup water, snacks, at least one of all of my meds, tissues and a chair if needed. I haven't entertained drama in YEARS. I have zero filter. I just don't care to hold in stuff to spare someone else's feelings, especially if they're being a jerk. I'm not mean just to be mean. I just don't have time for games. It's amazing how freeing honesty is.
