25 weeks between these videos and honestly, both stages were a lot. At week 9, only a few people knew I was pregnant, so I was walking around trying to act normal while my body was doing anything but. I couldn't really explain why I was tired, sick or not quite myself without giving it away. At week 34, hiding it obviously wasn't the issue. I was still running multiple teams and trying to keep my energy up while feeling boiling, randomly throwing up, dealing with acid reflux, having hips that felt like they wanted to give up as soon as I stood up, and carrying a very active baby. Looking back, the bump wasn't even the full story. Week 9 was about hiding how much was changing. Week 34 was about trying to keep everything moving while my body was making it very clear that I needed to slow down.
