I have to ask you... I have an ileostomy in January and was in the hospital for 5 weeks. You are beautiful and I'm confident with it but k am struggling with it. Of course I'm not as fit as you are but do you ever have stomach aches? I have spina bifida so I havd neurogenic bowels and bladder. I feel like I'm in pain more than ever. I had it because I had a loop colostomy but I have no pelvic wall muscle. I get constipated with my ileostomy. I just don't get it. Help? Diet? Or just tell me it's normal
