can you also do a video on proportions please? I've tried framing my drawings too but a lot of times I get the size of the frame wrong and my drawing ends up either too stretched horizontally or vertically

I have a question, do you paint over the reference THEN draw? Or is it just for the tutorial? I don’t want to start of the wrong bar and rely on the shapes i drew on the reference too much
