my opinion according to dentist on the steps for oral care are as follows; 1. Tongue scrapping 2. Oil pull (pure coconut oil) 3. Floss 4. Mouthwash 5. Rinse 6. Brush Note: Do not rinse your mouth immediately after brushing (Give it 20mins after brushing for the fluoride to work effectively).
