Yea. This is the problem with Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of the book. Everything up until Circe’s island was clearly Odysseus’s fault. Like it was so plainly Odysseus’s fault but in his movie Odysseus was portrayed as like a bystander instead of the person leading the charge and making calls. It shows when the crew does their “mutiny”. In the book they’re tired of Odysseus messing with the gods and his own arrogance killing them. So they take over the ship and do what they want and the one time Odysseus is correct they all die. That wasn’t portrayed at all in the movie and now people think Odysseus didn’t cause half the things that happened to the crew
