@scientificallyjacked: This is not me telling you guys what to do, but I’m never gonna recommend taking substances from gray market sources, where you have no guarantee that the product you are buying is actually going to be what you are trying to get #greenscreen
A lot of times you are able to verify the COA by going to the testing labs website and searching up the COA number. So it’s not entirely a gamble if you do your due diligence

Jackson, what’s your rebuttal to Yo’s argument of outcome data showing that 1x 2x frequency have no statistically significant differences in hypertrophy, however 1x and 3x do show statistically significant differences in hypertrophy. I feel like you’ve never addressed that. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on that specific argument.

Not against glp1 s but he def downplays the sides. The change in Gut motility fucks up a lot of people and there def is risks of pancreatitis and vision and other things outlined in some of the earlier trials- even people anecdotally mention adehonia and other issues

I think unless it’s really REALLY affecting your health or you could afford and take it Indefinitely you shouldn’t. most of the time the habits need to sustain the weight loss will not be built, and if they are built without significant stressors from weight loss and then will likely fail

2. lateral raise
3. recline curl
4. preacher curl
5. reverse curl
6. triceps extension
7. overhead extension
8. Latpulldown
9. lat row
10. upper back row
11. peck deck
12. İncline Press
Lower
14. leg extension
15. leg press
16. ham curl
17. SLDL
18. Hip adduction
19. hip thrust
20. ab crunch
21. calf press
