@sophiebale_: Lasagne beans, ANOTHER obsession? Just might be. The weather cannot make up its mind this week & neither can I so I made another hybrid for you all. When I tell you it tastes like a lasagne, you need to try it bc 🔥🫶🏻 Ingredients For the base 2 onions, diced 2 cloves of garlic, diced 1tbsp tomato paste 1tsp oregano Handful of basil, torn 2 jars of butter beans 1 tin of tinned tomatoes @muttipomodorouk are 🫶🏻 200ml beef stock, (I use @boroughbrothcompany frozen bone broth cubes) To finish 2 balls of mozerealla Parmesan, lots Extra basil Method Sweat down your onion and garlic for a few mins then add in your tomato paste and herbs. Cook for another few mins to release the flavours then add in your butterbeans, tinned tomatoes and stock/broth. Simmer for around 20 mins until the sauce is reduced and the beans are tender. Top with your mozerella and parmesan then pop under the grill for about 5 mins until it’s nice and bubbly.
