Daily Bible verse from, Ephesians 1:15-23, As servants of God, the spiritual growth of God's people can bring endless gratitude. For Paul, these two things related to the steadfastness of faith in Christ, as well as love for the saints - related to the lives of fellow believers in the Ephesian congregation. Faith is not only about believing in the truth of God's word, but also about steadfastness in facing difficult times. Meanwhile, love for fellow believers is something that can show the world how love must be expressed in everyday life, not just theory, but real evidence. The spiritual growth that Paul gives thanks for can give us another perspective on thanksgiving. So, if until today we haven't seen the same thing happen in our personal lives or those of our loved ones, there's no harm in taking this longing to God. Don't we long for what Paul gave thanks for, and to be able to give birth to the same thanksgiving in our lives?
