I have had headaches since I was a kid. Sometimes debilitating migraines. I was told at 10 what not to eat. Took an intolerance test as an adult. All the same things on the list. Will I not eat these things, yes I will. Cheeses, all forms of milk. Chocolates, nuts, everything good. I just live with headaches. 😂

I literally had an allergy test done quit eating all of those foods then got tested again and tested positive for all of the foods I was currently eating. The allergist said it often picks up foods that you eat on a regular basis. After that, I’m not sure I truly trust the allergy testing.

I had 40 avoids one of which is dark chocolate 😭 and all wheats so apparently im gluten and dairy intolerant and egg yolk

I dont understand how the test works. I saw someone say there is no root turned in, so the test wouldn't be nearly as accurate?? or it goes by hair history?

I really want to get this test because I've been having gut issues this past year. But I'm not sure about the accuracy. Debating if I should just buy one of these or go to a specialist to have it doen.

Please do your research before buying any of these at home tests which could lead to misinformation - just google it - they have terrible accuracy reviews.

I found out years ago why I don't like the taste of tea, I am allergic. The reaction was a uti. Pepperoni, artificial sweeteners, and balsamic vinegar give me migraines. I wonder what this test would say?

hair can't tell you anything about gut. health. it's dead. a simple search can tell you this. go to a stomach Dr for a simple blood test
