file a complaint with the EPA under the FIFRA act. spraying a controlled substance on produce and purposely on your property can be considered a federal crime with penalties up to 50k and I believe a year in prison

Glad she will be charged with destruction of property. However, you need to take her back to court because that’s food. If you would’ve ingested that that’s poisoning. The only reason that you didn’t is because you caught her.
