Recently helped a lady on the cable machine. She was struggling changing the attachment. She commented that it was a bit intimidating. I encouraged her and told her, that she pays the same membership they do and every bit of that gym is hers to use. Told her to claim her space everywhere. Seemed to give her a bit of a boost.

I am not scared of the men/teen boys is our weights section. I am pissed at their level of entitlement, and the lack of consideration they show to the women in our gyms who are clearly not as experienced as they are, or who are there alone.
