I prefer maple syrup for sweetness anyway. And they say to not use EEVO or avocado oil for cooking, for a finishing touch, it’s good. They say to use animal fats, like grass-fed beef tallow, duck fat, pork fat, lard, ghee and butter which are extremely stable at high heat

0 evidence for any of these. Mixing baking soda and vinegar just creates CO2 and water; they neutralize each other. Maple syrup and honey are sugar, your body can’t tell the difference between them and table sugar. I lost interest after that.
