i recently learned that humans used to ferment all meat we used to eat! it was a way to store it and make it more nutritious and delicious. interesting!

Brazilian here.... the white pulp/flesh? it's actually used to make juice, smoothie, jam, ice cream etc. remember cacau is a fruit. you should try the other options you'll love it. 🥰

And THIS is another example of why chocolate is so expensive now. Not only has the Cacao supply been depleted from poor weather but then just to get the actual chocolate takes a ton of work. The video(s) made me appreciate my favourite treat even more!
