im lwk SO smart so ill explain. Its hormonal so yes, thy period shall happen. The only way it wont is if the illness is stopping it /stress is stopping it/ or the body just don't let it happen. Also if the coma girl does have it itll liky be SUPER irregular. so it lowkenuinly depends on why the girl is in the coma and how her cycle usually is.
