Based on a meta standpoint odette is your best pick. If you have columbina but don't have flins or ineffa and want to play lunar charge teams, go for ineffa then flins. If u have flins, go for ineffa. If you don't have any lunar charge enabling characters, go for ineffa. Ineffa is better pick, pull wise from the two. But pull whoever you want lol

basically if you want to invest in lunar charge and already have flins/ineffa get the other one, if you want to invest in stellar teams get odette(especially if you have sandrone and didnt manage yo get miko) get arlecchino if you like her she can still do great in the right teams especially hex teams
