Male OBs are genuinely more gentle when I was in labor the female OBs were so rough for absolutely no reason the male OB was gentle and respectful

I prefer male obs cause it’s MULTIPLE woman that told me all my life my period pains are just normal and I’ll “grow out of them” “passing out is dramatic” “not being able to walk is dramatic” no girl it was endometriosis and you refused to listen and my male OB let me talk for five minutes and with laparoscopy found it was stage 3 Endo

My ob was male best Dr ever he actually found my brain tumor he said my blood count was off mind u I had told my female Dr I was having horrible headaches to the point of throwing up and told her something wasn’t right for weeks

i have NOTHING against male OB’s! i’ll never see one because of trauma, but major respect for yall because it is the men in this field that are listened to by other specialties (sadly) and they can advocate for women when needed!!!
