The advice I wish someone gave me. Don’t change who you are to make others comfortable. You are exactly who you are supposed to be. If you want to wear make up or change how dress that is for you. Never do it for anyone else especially a job or a class. In ten years it wont matter anyway

Older sister here! Middle part, doing your hair nicely and your outfit can change your appearance so much! maybe try some baggyish jeans and a plain t shirt. U can def try some mascara and lipgloss or a lip stain if u want but u don’t need it! A lot can be done with just hair and an outfit! U can also try some heartless curls or something. For clothes find your style that expresses who u are as a person but is still clean and put together

A little mascara and professional attire will go a long way. But don’t do anything drastic with your look. You have beautiful skin that doesn’t need a bunch of crap on it. And confidence is the MOST important so you need to feel good about how you look.

I actually disagree when it comes to make up! Doing your hair nicely and dressing professionally goes a long way. I also don’t love wearing make up or feeling it on my face all the time, so for job interviews and later going into meetings I always just made sure my hair was done nicely and I was dressed well.

Try a simple necklace, bracelet or earrings. Gold or silver. Gold is super in right now but personally I like silver. The brand pavoi on Amazon has super affordable options that last!

Styled hair makes a difference, even just simply blow-dryed with a round brush to smooth it out and give a bit of volume.

Hey! As someone who’s looked younger than she is her whole life, I say embrace it!! I did all the things to look older and it didn’t matter lol, people always assumed I was little and now at 23 they just assume I’m in high school 🥲 but I just say “I get that a lot” and move on lol! So far throughout working and stuff I haven’t had a problem being taken seriously or treated a certain way, just the usual. But please don’t feel the need to change yourself for others, the most important thing is your comfort and how YOU feel about yourself. I’d say just practice being assertive and setting boundaries.

OK, I also didn’t wear makeup very much and currently as an adult people guess my age at about 20 years younger than I am. So be who you are which is a bright and shiny star and know that from a lifelong perspective this is just a special thing for you!

*IF* you’re open to makeup, I think and eyelash curler and brown mascara would go a long way. A little bit of blush maybe but you really have beautiful skin. A classy simple pair of small hoop earrings and maybe a versatile dainty necklace! I think those simple things would just add a bit of maturity to a look if that makes sense.

Advice from an older sister (who also has a younger sister) 💗: Trust me when I say that you have a super power, looking younger is going to be absolutely amazing later on in life! I’ve had the same, I’m 30 now and people generally think I’m in my early twenties. As for makeup tips for when you do wanna experiment I gotchu!

As an older sister you’re perfect now! But I totally get wanting some change, I’m told I look a lot younger than my age too. For makeup maybe start with just mascara? It’s hard to mess up and for me I feel like it brings a bit more maturity to my face! Don’t feel pressured to change yourself for others though, God created you exactly how you’re supposed to be!!

honestly i think you shouldn’t do anything differently just for other people. everyone comes in different shapes and sizes with different styles and voices and everything else and people can be closed minded and short sighted at times but you changing yourself won’t change that
