His little sister had just been born and I knew that if I wasn’t careful, Jay and I were going to miss out on a lot of relationship building moments together. Since then, I’ve been trying to take Jay to do lots of fun activities and teach him my favorite things so we can enjoy them together. Looking back on the last six months, I’m so happy I made this decision. I wake up Jay early in the morning sometime so we can have alone time, un distracted by people and other work I have to do.
