Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Ingredients * 1 package Trader Joe’s Pizza Crust (2 crusts) * Ranch dressing (about ¼ cup per crust, or enough to lightly coat) * 2 cups freshly shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese, divided * 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken * 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped * 1 Roma tomato, finely diced * 2 green onions, thinly sliced Instructions 1. Preheat your oven according to the package directions (425F) for the pizza crust. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place both pizza crusts on the pan. 3. Spread each crust with a thin layer of ranch dressing (about ¼ cup each, or just eyeball it). 4. Sprinkle about ¾ cup mozzarella over each crust. 5.
