The only evidence we actually have to indicate HOW she fell are her injuries, since it isn't high enough for her to flip. Had she gone out feet first, she wouldn't have the massive head and neck injuries. To me, that indicates a head-first exit... i.e. a serious attempt.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think it’s also safe to assume she would’ve been moving rather clumsily by that point. She’d already ingested pills & lost a good amount of bl00d. It would’ve been difficult for her to exit the window gracefully, let alone have the strength to hang from it. Even after just donating bl00d, I have to stay laying down for a bit cuz I’ve almost fainted when I tried to immediately stand up. I got tunnel vision, broke out into a cold sweat & felt like I was going to throw up.
