Its envy. they see ana as the cure for being chopped so when they see a woman bigger woman looking better it triggers insecurity. I used to have an ED their security depends on them feeling like they look better than 'normies and fatties.' to be clear I did not function that way I had an ed out of severe depression but I found my way to the same forums and I found that less than like 10% of the girls that had an ed had an ed because of the same reason as me and most of them we're just very insecure and fat phobic because of it.
