It’s not the psi that matters with those bigger ones. It’s the GPM most DIY do not have a good enough pressure washer to handle those big units.

As a professional pressure washer for 22 years it's not just about the performance (although that is a main draw). For me it's also the longevity and maintenance. I've had the same surface cleaner for 20 years because it's modular. When a part fails over time I can replace it. If you can't get replacement parts it doesn't matter how well they clean if they end up in the trash in 5 years.

Unless you have a massive area to clean, this is way overkill. I have the small one and it breaks down easily for storage and works great on my deck, driveway and sidewalk. This one also needs a professional pressure washer to work properly. Bigger is not always better.

surface cleaners are water hogs. that 24" will be rated from 3 gpm to 8 gpm. never run it with a 3gpm machine because you would walk at the pace of a snail.

Use that every year on your sidewalks, eventually you’re going to have to resurface your sidewalks because these things strip the surface more than it cleans it!
