@heartdoc4u: ❤️ 10 “Weird” Signs Your Heart May Actually Be Doing Well ❤️ 1. Resting heart rate: 50–70 bpm Often reflects better cardiovascular fitness. 🪜 2. You can climb 2 flights of stairs without stopping A simple sign of good exercise capacity. 💓 3. Your heart rate drops ≥20 beats in 1 minute after exercise A marker of healthy heart recovery. 🚶 4. You can briskly walk for 30 minutes while holding a conversation A good indicator of aerobic fitness. 😮💨 5. You don’t get short of breath with everyday activities Suggests good functional capacity. 🩸 6. Blood pressure stays below 120/80 mmHg One of the best signs of long-term heart health. 🦵 7. Your ankles don’t swell Persistent swelling can be a warning sign of heart problems. 🏃 8. You recover quickly after exercise Often reflects good cardiovascular conditioning. 😊 9. I'm good then. take 2 walks a day, lift weights, low blood pressure, resting heart rate is 52, I lost 125 lbs and I'm 52.

all of them no problem, I have calcium score of 648, lifts weight every day and cardio. so I have heart disease and can do all of this. I never really felt I was at risk just shows we all need to be proactive in our health. After the score I paid for angiogram one arterie 70% blocked so now have stent. Feels weird now as my heart beats in exercise I can feel that area pumping more.

I could honestly say yes to every point, but still had a heart attack. Genetics plays a part, so if you have family history ask for checks, don't think you're OK because (like me) you were fit and healthy.
