Everybody didn’t hate the touchbar. The function keys could always be brought up with the fn button, you could even set it to show on default from settings. Finally, I hardly ever say a MacBook with a glitching touchbar, your screen had higher chances of failing before the touchbar

Not a single reason to hate it. You want the fn buttons? You press a key and have them. You don’t want to press the key? You can set it up to always display them and switch to other features when pressing the key. It’s not more fragile than regular keys, you still have to be careful. It was a great feature.

My speciality sourdough loaf for January was Tumeric & black pepper! If you try turmeric and black pepper I recommend just adding 3-5g of turmeric per loaf (depending on how pronounced you want the flavor) and just a sprinkle of black pepper. It doesn’t take much! You can also just mix the turmeric & pepper in when first combining the ingredients, or add in during the stretch and folds to get a marbled look if preferred. I only did it this way for the video. Here is a basic sourdough loaf recipe if you need it: 500 bread flour 100g active starter 355g water 10g salt 5g turmeric & a sprinkle of black pepper! I highly recommend trying this loaf with a curry dish. I paired this loaf with coconut chicken curry and I think it’s going to be a regular staple for me, it was SO good together!
