In 2007, I had the city of Denton traffic flow from I-35 to 380 on Carroll flowing well if you maintained a speed of 37mph. Then from I-35 to loop 288 on 380, if you maintained a speed of 41. Both without stopping at each light. When I left, no one knew how to work the master controller at the main office.
