This narrative being spun is ridiculous! Investigations proved he absolutely did not change his shoes but the different lighting and camera quality in the pharmacy and restaurant were responsible for altering their appearance. The only change he made between the two locations was he put on a coat but it was January and freezing cold in Boston. His phone would prove where he was at the time of making the call which she didn’t answer. When she called him back seconds later her location was their home. He’s being pulled apart for how he is coming across on the stand but how should he behave? He is in a court room full of people and cameras. He is facing his ex wife and the perpetrator of these awful crimes and he is being questioned about their children and the absolute horror of that day 3 years ago. Lindsey was failed terribly by the medical system which led to her taking their lives and attempting to take her own. Just because you can’t understand how she could do it, doesn’t mean it is the man who is responsible. They both lost everything and there are no winners here. Give the man a break.

He said he left the kids on the couch in their pyjamas eating chicken nuggets. Then, once he got to CVS, he called her or perhaps she called him back, because apparently he “doesn’t even remember the detail clearly.” He also said the call was quiet, so he assumed Lindsay was giving the kids a bath. REALLY?! 🤯 Why would she suddenly be giving the kids a bath when, according to his own account, they had been sitting on the couch in their pyjamas eating chicken nuggets?! The more I hear and see from this trial, the more his story, his timeline, his communications and his alleged alibi just do not seem to add up to me. There are so many inconsistencies that I genuinely struggle to understand how any of it makes sense. And, the suggestion that Lindsay may have been responsible simply doesn’t sit right. From everything I’ve seen and heard, it feels as though there may have been an attempt to shift suspicion onto her. None of us were there and the court will ultimately have to determine what happened. But, based on what has come out during this trial, I desperately hope Lindsay gets the justice she deserves. Because something about this entire story feels incredibly wrong, not to mention his body language which says it all…

She didn't ask him to go to CVS so she would have more time, it was only 3 mins away. She asked him because Cora needed it . He also says she only said Goodbye Then she asks him if Lyndsay asked him to stop by CVS and he says yes. Why didn't he just say that to begin with. That's a very important detail.

Why would she be asking him to collect medication for a child knowing the child wasn’t going to use it? I’m clearly not in this women’s mind but she clearly thinking about her child’s health and helping her to feel better then moments later it’s all changed, he also phoned her instead of asking the pharmacy if they had what he was looking for first? Giving the children baths but they were already in there pyjamas…. Also going through the moments of a traumatic event again losing your kids and there’s no emotion more huffs and puffs…

O think they are trying to build up a case saying she was of sane mind and the tablets didn’t affect not a case on him like everyone is thinking tbh, or is apparently only to see if she has diminished responsibility, he isn’t on trial so they would have to place him on trial to use any of it against him and would have to make arrests for that to happen

said he left CVS at 5:33 but didn’t make it to the restaurant until 5:54 but also said it was only a 10 minute drive. And managed to change his clothes. How do they not see what’s wrong with this?
