Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft. 3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, then drain any excess grease. 5. Stir in the taco seasoning, water, salt, and black pepper.
