My last job was full of millennials who were all sleeping with each other and this one is full of gen z's who all hate each other. I can't decide which is worse. I miss the job where it was all parents who just wanted to clock out at 5 and pick up their kids.

I was warned taking the manager role would be like dealing with toddlers and I clearly underestimated them. Why am I talking to people twice my age like a toddler? I don't even talk to my nieces and nephews like that and their toddlers! 😭😭
