A scared cop is a cop that will kill first and ask questions later you can clearly see the man was completely terrified of the situation, but yet these officers showed a zero emotional intelligence and went straight to murder instead of trying to come up with a less lethal solution to this problem. So maybe it’s a law-enforcement problem not a wee the people problem.
